These sessions offer the perfect setting for us to balance and shift our energy, helping us to avoid nervous system fatigue and burnout!

For 90 minutes every Monday, we systematically move our bodies to bring about balance and positive change, followed by deep relaxation and meditation to bring tranquility and peace!

Our virtual Kundalini Yoga sessions combine movement, breathwork, mantra & meditation! Through these classes we work to harness the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body, helping you find more balance in life. 

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, kundalini yoga is for everyone and has no prerequisite to be able to put your legs behind your head! (In other words, no flexibility required!). If you haven’t tried it before, what are you waiting for?

If you are looking to gain more energy, calm your nervous systems, shift your mindset, reduce stress, or just bringing a positive mood to the day; our classes will do all of the above and so much more!

Designed to help you reconnect back to yourself, your loved ones and community. People are pack animals, we are not designed to live in isolation or in segregated houses, and we thrive when living in community and sharing with others. Together we can work to bring more happiness, fun and balance into our lives from within, rather than relying on fleeting times of happiness from external sources.
