Join Sam for a 60-minute yoga session that’s perfect for all levels.

About the Class:

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, Sam’s functional approach to yoga is focused on how you feel, not how you look. Expect a mix of energising Yang flow and soothing Yin, designed to make you feel good and supported in every movement.

What to expect:

  • A class focused on inclusivity and accessibility, welcoming all levels.

  • A mix of dynamic Yang flow and calming Yin practice.

  • A safe, supportive space where you can find your own rhythm.

  • Sam’s classes are suitable for everyone, with participants ranging from 16 to 83 – yoga is truly for everyone!

  • A warm and friendly atmosphere where you’ll feel empowered and at ease.

Important Information:

  • Yoga only – coffee is not included in the session price.

  • Bring your own yoga mat.

  • Comfortable clothing is recommended.

With a wealth of training and experience in functional yoga, yin, Anatomy, Chakras and Meridians, Sam is passionate about making yoga inclusive, accessible, and, most importantly, feel-good!!
