Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, Sam’s functional approach to yoga is focused on how you feel, not how you look. Expect a mix of energising Yang flow and soothing Yin, designed to make you feel good and supported in every movement.

Sam’s classes are suitable for everyone, with participants ranging from 16 to 83 – yoga is truly for everyone!

With a wealth of training and experience in functional yoga, yin, Anatomy, Chakras and Meridians, Sam is passionate about making yoga inclusive, accessible, and, most importantly, feel-good!!
